02 — From Victoria Falls to Munga Plains
Our journey begins at the gateway to one of Africa's most awe-inspiring natural wonders. For our first night, we settle into a partner lodge in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, before setting out to explore the breathtaking rainforest surrounding the falls. A soft landing before we step fully into the wild.
After a boat cruise in Chobe National Park, we cross into Botswana for six nights immersed in the untamed beauty of Munga Plains. Surrounded by vast landscapes and wildlife, this is where we slow down, reconnect with nature, and let the rhythm of the wild guide our days.
This is where we open. This is where we reconnect. This is where we go wild.
03 — The thread that runs through it all
Somatic movement, at the heart of Wild Open.
Rather than striving to "do the movements right," we explore a practice rooted in sensation, inner listening, breath, and embodied awareness. There is nothing to perform, only an invitation to listen, feel, and discover what wants to move. Together, this practice will:
Deepen your connection to bodily sensation and awareness.
Release tension and patterns of holding.
Explore intuitive and instinctive movement.
Move with greater freedom, curiosity, and self-expression.
Cultivate deeper trust in your body.
Develop tools for regulating and supporting the nervous system.
04 — Where you'll stay

05 — Chobe National Park
One of Africa's premier wildlife destinations, spanning roughly 11,700 square kilometres. Chobe holds the world's largest concentration of elephants, often seen in herds along the Chobe River, alongside lions, leopards, buffaloes, and antelope. Birdwatchers can delight in over 450 species, making it a paradise for ornithologists.
